We are so excited to invite you to join us for 5 days/5 nights in Esterillos Este, Costa Rica for a potent week of deep meditation, restorative yoga, life enhancing breath-work and powerful and fun manifestation and creative practices. Co-led by Intuitive Coach and Facilitator David Lunsford and Creative Artist Sonny Lunsford - this week will provide a full reset for your nervous system and a return home to your heart, the doorway to the source of creativity found within you.
David has been working with clients from all over the world for over 8 years as an Intuitive Coach focused on building a relationship with the emotional body, learning to live in connection with the physical heart, and becoming the creative consciousness within. Over the last 3 years he has been leading weekly meditation retreats, using deep meditative states to install a new way of living as the Emotional Creative.
Sonny is the founder of Oopsiedoodle, a creative container for their artful creations, as well as a platform for teaching others to harness limitation into genius. Last year, Sonny released their first coloring book, Clowns of Duty, and is currently working on their second book, Dissolve; a book of poetry and illustrations. Sonny loves helping people tap into their truest authentic expression.
David and Sonny have two kids - Astor and Remi - and live in the Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina.
Of all the different locations they have facilitated retreats, Encantada Ocean Cottages in Costa Rica is their favorite place to be.

Included is:
A shared Double-occupancy room in an enchanting villa or cottage hide-away amidst palm trees, lush gardens and the captivating Pacific Ocean. We have the entire retreat space reserved, so there will be plenty of room to stretch out and relax.
An airport shuttle to/from from San Jose, Costa Rica to Encantada Ocean Cottages
3 delicious and nutritious Costa Rican meals served daily w/ vegetarian or vegan options. Produce is locally sourced and every meal lovingly prepared over a wood-fired grill.
Daily Meditation, Breathwork and Journaling

Miles of grand private beach all to ourselves. Beach Esterillos Este is one of the cleanest beaches in the area and is well known for its consistent uncrowded surf. Boogie board rentals, and surf lessons available.

***You’ll notice these are shared rooms, in all of our past experiences we have found that some of the greatest community comes from sharing rooms. If you are coming solo, we’ll match you up with an amazing roomie, or feel free to invite a friend to come along!

Travel Day - We will fly into SJO. You are welcome to rent a car or take advantage of our free shared shuttle to Encantada. The resort is about 75 minutes from the airport in good traffic.
