Friends! We are super excited to announce that on Sunday, September 13th, Sonny and I will be kicking off a new weekly virtual gathering called Sunday Sessionz!
A FREE group coaching experience for anyone looking to change their relationship to themselves and others, figure out what’s holding them back from enjoying life, and start creating the life they’re dying to be living.
For the last 7 years, Sonny and I have had the pleasure of coaching 100’s of people from all around the world.
Creatives. People who claim not to be creative. Moms. Dads. Singles. Couples. Corporate office dwellers. Entrepreneurs. Straight folx. Queer folx. Tall folx. Short folx.
100’s of people from every walk of life — all behind the closed door of 1:1 sessions.
To make a long story short: we want to open that door and let everyone in.
If you know anything about Sonny and my story, you know we grew up going to church every Sunday.
And if there’s one thing we miss most from our time in religion, it’s the weekly cadence of hanging out with people from all walks of life — people we grew to love, gathering around the common goal of becoming a better version of ourselves.
So we’re creating our own version of that.
Not a church.
But a weekly gathering.
What TO Expect
* We’ll meet for 75 minutes on Zoom every Sunday at 12:30pm EST.
* Sonny and/or I will share some of the mind fxcks we’ve been working through that week.
* Then we’ll open the floor to you.
* You can talk about whatever is going on in your life, while Sonny and I listen deeply and offer intuitive coaching that might — just maybe — bring enough clarity and direction for you to step out of the sticky mud of confusion or inaction and feel inspired to start moving, creating, repairing, healing, relaxing, or simply feeling a whole hell of a lot better than when you came.
* Plus, we’ll read books together, listen to cool music (sometimes even live), learn how to journal, meditate, dream, manifest, and explore all the weird and wonderful ways we can create a life that actually feels good to live.
* And all the while, we’ll have the best time laughing, crying, and getting to know one another in a deeply authentic way
